Since 1998, Kristina Amelong, CCT, CNC, and her Optimal Health Network customer service team have offered one-on-one assistance helping customers buy and use home enema equipment. Additionally, we freely offer support for any general questions on all of our product lines, including:

Most product orders can be placed online. If you prefer to place your order over the phone, or if you are an established patient wishing to purchase phone-order-only supplements, please call us and we will be happy to help.
Our office hours are Monday through Friday, 9 am to 4 pm (Central Time). We have one phone line. If we are on the phone with another customer when you call, we ask you to leave a voice message. We return all voice messages and respond to all e-mails within 1 business day (within 24 hours Monday through Friday).
