I was already familiar with water enemas for years but my health coach recommended I start coffee enemas. Well weeks later my skin is is clearest it's ever been, I am sleeping better, and my health is improving by the week. I can feel the release of toxins after doing an enema. I feel light and energized. Not two words I would've ever used before. I am very sensitive to caffeine so I was leery of doing these. No negative effects or problems sleeping. Very happy!

The coffee beans when kept in a cool area have a longer life than ground coffee. I grind them just prior to their use. I find this method provides a more effective and positive impact on ones colon.
