I love this clamp because I can control the flow of the solution with a little roll of the ball that glides along the hose. With just a little pressure I can squeeze the tube so the correct amount of solution flows. It is so much more dependable than those white clamps that miss their mark and too much solution flows or not enough. I encourage you to purchase one of these to do your enema correctly.
