I have been using the BPH essential oil blend suppositories for several months. It have greatly reduced my nighttime bathroom trips. I also use the Colon Cleanse, Coffee Enema oil, and Lifelong Wellness oil blends in my regular coffee enema series. I am a supporter of the process and feel the oil blends add to the effectiveness.

It is early to know how effective this oil blend is at reducing the prostate size but it appears to be effective. I have to get up only 1 or 2 times at night instead of 5 or 6 times.
