Before discovering this product, I had purchased multiple enema kits from Amazon, each of which I had to send back because the product was off-gassing toxic chemicals or had been contaminated by fragrances in the Amazon warehouse. I was relieved when opening the package from Optimal Health Network that I finally found an enema kit that did not affect my chemical sensitivity. No off-gassing! Liked the fact that the bag was translucent in order to see the level of the water inside. Another good idea is having the S hook pass through both sides of the top of the bag to support it. I removed the Higgins pump as I did not need it. I replaced the plastic hose clamp with a stainless steel one which will last longer.

I have been following Andrea's Moritz liver flush protocol which strictly recommends colonics before and after each flush. I was not able to do colonics due to the cost and have been doing enemas. As a result, I had a lot of toxins and other nasty things in my colon that enemas cant get out. It got to the point I started looking for alternatives to colonics. By the grace of Yah, I came across this website and found the 5 quart flowmaster kit. It was on sale and a whole lot cheaper than buying multiple colonics or a colonic board so I got it. Fast forward to getting the item. Setting it up was super easy. The flex tip nozzle was comfortable and it was easy to pump water in. After the enema, I saw a lot of crud and parasites come out. Afterwards the feeling of parasites moving in my stomach has greatly subsided. I really wish I had discovered this product sooner! THANK YOU for a great product!

After 60 years of making do with an aging two quart enema bag,I purchased a 5 quart Silicone Flowmaster set.

Not only does the new setup allow me to infuse enough solution to be effective (up to 5 quarts --- I'm 6'3" tall and weigh 240 lbs) but the Higginson Pump allows me to place the bag below body level and syringe in solution one squeeze at a time. CAUTION: This only works because liquids are not compressible. So as long as you don't let any air get between the Higginson bulb and the nozzle, you won't have to worry about fecal material contaminating your equipment. When air enters the bulb (you can't miss this), you have finished filling.

I like this system for taking large volume enemas because it allows me to fill until I feel just ever so slightly distended but no pain.

If you want your enemas to be as effective, calming, pleasurable and relaxing as possible, this system can't be beat.
