Wintergreen essential oil is beneficial for muscle and joint discomfort, arthritis, cellulite, obesity, edema, poor circulation, headaches (from liver congestion), heart disease, hypertension, rheumatism, eczema, psoriasis, gout, ulcers, broken or bruised bones, and cramps. It is anti-inflammatory and high in cortisone-like functions.
INGREDIENTS: Rocky Mountain Oils Therapeutic Grade & Organic wintergreen essential oil (Gaultheria procumbens)
HOW TO USE:
- In Enemas: Add 5-10 drops to your enema solution.
- In Suppositories: Add 5-10 drops to each coconut oil suppository.
- Topical: Apply 2-4 drops directly to desired area. Dilution not required, except for the most sensitive skin. Use as needed. Excellent to use for relaxation during the enema on the soles of the feet and on the back of the neck.
- Aromatic: Diffuse up to 1 hour three times daily in the work or home environment.
- As a Supplement: Dilute one drop in 4 fl. oz. of liquid such as water or rice milk.
