Which should you choose - Living Fuel SuperBerry® or SuperGreens?
The difference is in the one you get greens (including broccoli, spinach, kale, spirulina, barley grass, and more), while in the other you get organic strawberries, raspberries, cranberries and blueberries. The health benefit of greens is well-known, while the health benefit of berries is also immense, and they are particularly high in antioxidants.
The best choice of course would be to alternate between the two so you can capture the specific benefits of greens and berries. If you are new to Living Fuel, though, SuperBerry's taste, color, and texture will likely be more appealing to you to start. Also, if you already use SuperGreens but tend to add lots of fruits and juices to make it taste good to you, try using a scoop of each to avoid the added sugar.
The total whole berries per serving of SuperBerry is 120+ grams which are freeze-dried down to 13.5 grams. SuperBerry has about 9 more grams of carbohydrates and 3 more grams of fiber than SuperGreens. Berries have a low glycemic impact. For most people it would not be a good idea to sit down and eat 120 grams of berries whenever they want because of the sugars, but the sugars are not an issue in SuperBerry because of all the protein and fiber and other sugar-regulating nutrients. SuperBerry is therefore also an incredible way to get all the benefits of a lot of berries without the negatives of a sugar blast.
