Valerian Complex is a supplement promoting sleep and relaxation that contains Valerian root, Passion Flower, and Jujube seed.

These herbs have been traditionally used in herbal preparations to:

• Relieve mild nervous tension
• Obtain relief from occasional sleeplessness
• Promote relaxation
• Ease the effects of temporary or occasional stress

This combination of herbs contains many compounds including iridoids (known as valepotriates), an essential oil, cyclopentane sesquiterpenes (including valerenic acid), flavonoids and dammarane-type saponins called jujubosides.

Nutrients & Ingredients:

Each Serving Size (1 Tablet) contains: Calcium 64 mg, Valerian root & rhizome 5:1 extract 140 mg (from valeriana officinalis root & rhizome 700 mg), Passion Flower herb 5:1 extract 100 mg (from passiflora incarnata herb 500 mg), Jujube seed 10:1 extract 90 mg (from ziziphus jujuba var. spinosa seed 900 mg).

Other Ingredients:

Dibasic calcium phosphate dihydrate, microcrystalline cellulose, sodium starch glycolate, magnesium stearate, maltodextrin, hypromellose, and silicon dioxide.

Suggested Use: 1 tablet 2-4 times daily, or as directed.
