Magnesium is a therapeutic, laxative-like supplement that can be titrated to bowel tolerance. It is an excellent, safe, and effective method of emptying the bowel daily for adults, children, and infants.

Magnesium is the number one mineral that Americans are deficient in. Magnesium assists in calcium and potassium uptake. Supplementing the diet with magnesium can help treat constipation, depression, dizziness, muscle weakness, twitching and PMS. Magnesium aids in maintaining proper pH balance. Magnesium deficiency may be a major cause of fatal cardiac arrhythmia, hypertension, sudden cardiac arrest, asthma, chronic fatigue, chronic pain syndrome, depression, insomnia, irritable bowel syndrome and pulmonary disorders. Research has proven minerals that are fully reacted have a higher assimilation rate than other minerals. Studies prove that this patented process of surrounding a mineral with a specific amino acid produces higher absorption rates. Reacted minerals have the correct: molecular weight, pH stability, and electrical charge (neutral).

2 CAPSULES CONTAIN: Magnesium (Malate, Citrate, Lycsinate Glycinate Chelate) 235 mg

RECOMMENDED DOSAGE: 1 capsule three times a day, as a start. Increase daily as needed.

For children under 12, we recommend starting with 1 capsule once per day, and increasing gradually over time in 1/2 capsule increments, closely monitoring stool as you increase, and stopping the increase once stools are healthy and regular.
