HOW TO USE: Add 1 teaspoon of the essential oil salt blend to each quart of water for your second enema in the series. Or, for increased therapeutic value, do a retention enema by adding 2-4 teaspoons in 1- 2 cups of aloe vera juice, implant into colon and hold solution as long as you are able. Best results will be seen by first taking an enema series.
