The 4-quart enema bag capacity will enable you to clear out the entire colon. The bag's open top allows for easy cleaning. The multi-position ratchet clamp is used to control the flow of your enema solution. The stainless steel hook offers versatility in where you hang your enema equipment.

How To Take an Enema

Note: We do not recommend using essential oils in your enema solution with this enema kit, because oils will degrade latex equipment over time. Please see our Silicone Easy Enema Kits if you plan to use essential oils in your enema solution.

The flex tip nozzle, made of plastisol, is 6.5 inches in length. It is soft, easy to insert, and strong but very flexible. It has four side outlets and one large front outlet. The connector end is graduated and firmly holds a 5/16" diameter enema hose.

This kit includes 1 each of the following products:

  • Vinyl-Coated, Stainless Steel S-Hook
  • 4-Quart Latex Enema Bag
  • 6-Foot Latex Enema Hose (5/16" inner diameter)
  • Enema Hose Ratchet Clamp
  • Flex Tip Nozzle (5/8" maximum outer diameter)

I have been using my red rubber 4 quart enema bag since 2009. I use it to take an enema series 2-3 times a week. I purchased a hose connector to add a colon tube to it around 5 years ago and Inhave to say that since taking my weekly morning enemas with this set up I feel great. I do want you to know that the red rubber 4 quart enema bag can in fact hold 5 quarts if filled to within an inch of the top of the bag so one can take a full 5 quart enema comfortably using this bag and a 30 inch colon tube. I used to spend a lot of money on colonics, but with this enema set up I have saved hundreds of dollars.

I've had this set for almost 4 years and have given it a lot of use. I changed the hose out just recently but the rest of the kit looks ready for another 4 years of heavy duty use. This is old world quality and well worth the money.

Large enough bag, to do thorough cleanse. Can be used for a limited amount of time with oils and salt, if cleaned well and soon after each use. I clean mine before and after use. You don't have to use 4 quarts at first or even second rinse. If it works for you then move up to silicon!!
