Which Silicone Enema Bag Size Is Right for Me?
All of our economical Easy Home Enema Kits include an open-top enema bag or a stainless steel bucket.
Our open-top enema bags allow easy mixing of the enema solution and easy cleaning of the bag. These fountain-style enema bags are available in 2-quart silicone, 3-quart silicone, 4-quart latex, or 5-quart silicone capacities, with a choice of flex tip nozzle, silicone colon tube, Delrin nozzle, or inflatable retention nozzle.
The 2-quart silicone enema bag kit is an ideal inexpensive starter colon cleanse kit.
If you are using any oil-based solutions, the 2-quart, 3-quart, and 5-quart silicone enema bag options should be used for taking your enema series, as latex products degrade over time when exposed to oils. Silicone bags are also necessary for those with latex allergies.
Our stainless steel bucket is rustproof and there is no risk of toxicity from nickel exposure due to its chrome oxide coating. The bucket's handle makes it especially easy to hang while in use.

▶ Enema Bag vs. Enema Bucket
If you're trying to decide whether to purchase a kit with an enema bucket or a silicone enema bag, here are some questions to ask yourself:
- Do I have a good place to hang an enema bag (shower rod, doorknob)? If not, you may want to purchase an enema bucket, which can be easily set on any surface.
- Will I be traveling with my enema kit? If so, an enema bag is easier to fold up and bring with you when traveling, taking up less volume in your luggage.
- Will I want to do large-volume enemas? Our buckets only come in a 2-quart size, so if you think you'll want to take a larger-volume enema, you should probably select one of our 3-quart or 5-quart silicone enema bags.
Nozzle Options with Easy Home Enema Kits
1. Flex Tip Nozzle
The flex tip nozzle is a soft, seamless, and flexible plastisol enema tip. It is 6" in length and 5/8" in diameter for ease of use, safety, and comfort. Four side outlets and one large front outlet safely deliver the enema solution into the lower colon. The nozzle comes with a tapered connector end that connects to most enema hoses.
2. Silicone Colon Tube
The closed-end silicone colon tube is 30 inches (76 cm) in length and has an outer diameter of 7/16 inch (32 Fr) (1.1 cm). It comes with an enema hose connector. The silicone colon tube allows you to deliver the enema solution deeper into your colon than a standard enema nozzle.

3. Delrin Nozzle
This 3/4-inch diameter hard plastic enema nozzle is very smooth and easy to insert, and stays inside the rectum easily. The included connector has a secure, snug fit with the nozzle. This type of enema nozzle will last a lifetime if properly cared for. Delrin nozzles are particularly useful for people with anal fissures and hemorrhoids due to the smoothness of the material and the additional anal dilation induced.
4. Inflatable Retention Nozzle
The enema retention flexible inflatable nozzle is a made-for-hospital-use retention tip. It has all the features of the flex tip nozzle with a cuff inflator and an inflatable inner tube, combining the comfort of an enema tip with the retention capability of a balloon-type inflation device. This nozzle makes using your hands to open and close your hose clamp or to massage your belly easier while taking the enema. The retention nozzle also reduces your chances of leaking. The tip is gently inserted, then the cuff is squeezed, inflating the small balloon inside the rectum. After the enema is taken, the cuff is released, permitting easy removal of the tip. Like the flex tip, this enema nozzle is 6" in length and 5/8" in diameter with four side outlets and one large front outlet and a tapered connector end. Read Important Safety Warning
5. Junior Flex Tip Nozzle
The junior flex tip nozzle, made of plastisol, is 7 inches in length. It is soft, easy to insert, and strong but very flexible. This narrower nozzle is designed for use with children and has a natural bend to indicate the safest maximum insertion point. It is equally suited for adult use, depending on personal preference. It has four side outlets and one large front outlet. The connector end is graduated and firmly holds a 5/16" diameter enema hose.
